AI.REVERIE’S ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

AI.Reverie is the controller of your Personal Information, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent that we process Personal Information in the role of a processor (or a comparable role such as “service provider” in certain jurisdictions) on behalf of our customers, including where we offer to our customers various synthetic data products and services.

 

For information regarding the privacy practices of our customers and how we may process information on their behalf, please reach out to the respective customer directly. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this Privacy Policy. If your Personal Information has been submitted to us by or on behalf of an AI.Reverie customer and you wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, please inquire with the applicable customer directly.

 

INFORMATION COVERED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process Personal Information about you that we process when you access or use any part of the Site, including any content or functionality available through the Site, or otherwise interact with us, how we use and protect that information, and your rights in relation to that information. AI.Reverie may support the Site by selling non-Personal Information and/or non-personal data you provide to us (e.g., data that does not personally identify you or your customer, as applicable, such as demographic data such as ZIP code or aggregated data, or Personal Information, such as an email address, that has been processed through a “hash” function which reformats the data into an irreversible non-Personal Information form) to third parties.
